Batch Image Resizer

Resizing images one at a time is tedious: open, type a width, save, repeat. This tool does the whole folder in a single pass. Drop in dozens of pictures, choose how you want them scaled, and every thumbnail in the list updates with its new dimensions before you commit to anything.

There are three sizing strategies. Fixed size sets an exact width and height, with an optional aspect-ratio lock so nothing is stretched out of shape. Percentage scaling shrinks or grows each image by the same factor, which is ideal for halving a batch of screenshots. Max-side caps the longest edge, so a mixed set of portrait and landscape photos all fit inside, say, 1920px while keeping their own proportions. You can also re-encode everything to PNG, JPG or WebP, or keep each file’s original format, and a quality slider controls the lossy output.

Everything happens on a local canvas inside your browser, so private photos, client mockups and receipts never travel over the network — the resized set is assembled into one ZIP you download directly. A couple of things to keep in mind: JPEG has no transparency, so enable white flattening when converting transparent PNGs to JPG; upscaling a small image adds pixels but not real detail; and re-compressing an already-lossy JPG repeatedly degrades it further.
