FAQ
Why do I get a CORS or network error?
The stream server must allow your origin (Access-Control-Allow-Origin). Many DRM-protected or hotlink-restricted streams cannot be played in a generic player — the error message tells you which case you hit.
Does it play DRM (Widevine/FairPlay) streams?
No. Only clear (unencrypted) HLS and DASH streams are supported, since DRM requires licensed key systems.
Is my stream URL sent to your server?
No. The player fetches the stream directly from its source inside your browser; FastKit never sees the URL or the media.
